Hole-in-One Policy

In 2013, the Club Board of Directors voted to replace the old Hole-in-One policy with this current policy:
Any member playing in a club sponsored event, monthly tournament, NCGA qualifier, weekly ball toss or Team Match Play event, qualifies, as long as the event or tournament is played at the Apple Mountain Resort golf course. A member in good standing, who scores an official, witnessed, hole in one will be awarded with a $100 gift award. This award will be deposited into his Apple Mountain account and may be used for the purchase of merchandise at the golf shop.
Be sure to take your picture , send it to David Brandi - [email protected] ,so we can post it here that way we will know who's buying the drinks !!

 Congratulations !

If you make a hole-in-one as an NCGA member, you can report your ace to receive a complimentary custom ball marker or commemorative coin. Additionally, your submission automatically enters you into a sweepstakes drawing to win a round of golf for four players at either Poppy Hills or Poppy Ridge. [1, 2]
To qualify and claim your award:
  • Membership Status: You must be an active NCGA member when the shot is made.
  • Course & Format: The hole-in-one must be scored on an NCGA member course during a stipulated round of at least 9 holes or a recognized tournament format.
  • Verification: The shot must be witnessed by at least two other players and verified by a club official at the course.
  • Score Posting: You must post a score for the round (unless playing a scramble or format where you aren't playing your own ball). [1]
How to Submit:
You can submit the details of your ace directly on the NCGA Hole-In-One Submission Page. Submissions are typically entered into the annual sweepstakes drawing, with the grand prize winners notified early the following year
